I was originally quoted the first price ($1942.06) for the move. On Monday 4 June after the moving crew loaded up the truck, my wife was told the price was now $5582. My wife contacted me and I immediately contacted Stephanie in order to get clarification. I was told a manager would contact me the next day (Tuesday). I did not receive a call so I called Stephanie that afternoon. I was told the manager was not in and I would receive a call the next day (Wednesday). I still did not receive a call so I tried to contact Stephanie again. I was told the manager was not in the day before but that she would contact me the next day (Thursday). I still did not receive a call on Thursday and attempted again to speak to someone in order to resolve the price discrepancy, arrange delivery and make the payment. At this point, Stephanie has refused to answer my calls. I then spoke to another individual there named Davey who stated he needed to pull up the documents and find out what is going on, and that the manager would contact me the next day (Friday).

I stated that this is what I have been told all this week yet no one has contacted me. On Friday, I still had not received a call. I called Davey one more time and he got very rude with me then hung up. I immediately spoke to my wife and told her to call the police.
