My Lady Logistics, owned by Priscilla Lenise Dean and Loretta Erses wrote my company a NSF check for $13,390. We are in the process of filing criminal charges against them with the DuPage County (Illinois) State Attorney's offices. My Lady Logistics is a Truck Brokerage Company (that owns zero trucks, works out of a house) that hired my company to move heavy equipment across the country. My Lady Logistics was paid in full from the customer the same day that we delivered the equipment. My Lady Logistics then spent the money that they owed us.

My Lady Logistics has used several excuses as to why they have not paid us. First, they stated that their sophisticated computer system crashed and only a specialist can fix it and that would take some time. That was a lie. My Lady Logistics has one computer (MAC Computer). My Lady Logistics then stated that American Express was having issues and they could not pay us via credit card.
