Hired but the boss Rob Miller never showed to job site!

I was hired by Rob Miller, told to meet him at one of the banks at a certain time, I waited and he never showed. I got home and was told he called and said he was stuck in traffic. I made numerous attempts to contact him after that and heard nothing. This was a few weeks ago and still have not heard anything. I would not reccomend anyone working for this man, he's unreliable.
