This phrase is ripped in the site of Degree Organization. I bought a phony degree from their store to fool my dad. He's 86 in inadequate health insurance and hardly includes a heartbeat. He thinks I completed my diploma, used to donot. I bought a phony degree for $220 anticipating it to fool him, not really a struggle.

Prior to going off accusing the target below, the accusation is bogus marketing, not the understanding purchase of the potentially misleading item. There could be no marketplace for the product were it offered as not able to fool anyone.
