They charge my paypal account but never shipped the items purchased

On May 10th, I purchased on line an item sold by the company Ear Halo (www.earhalo.com). Ear Halo charged my paypal account and has not shipped the item purchased yet. I have called him almost daily, with no answer. I tried e mails, facebook messages and finally i file a dispute with paypal in regards the issue. They are quick to collect but they wont ship the items purchased.
