Totaly RIP OFF artists $ hit and run don't back up work

These guys will walk in with all the county certificates and smoooze you into that they are the best, save yourself from being scammed by shabby workman ship and no back up of it lasting with bullshit excuses when your having an issue. They do the trick of money collecting in 25% hits during the work... So you don't see the total at the end and all you see is the back of their heads as the exit the scam.

Be very careful of last minute add ons $ due to unforseen problems under the cosmetic job being performed... Have them show pictures of all new wood they used or supprt items installed. If the town is involved with a permit for a deck or porch and roof??? Watch out for changes from the finished design to get it just under the towns minimums and your stuck with it but charged for the original concept... Definitly shop around till your num. Beats being scammed... They also have a slight ITALIAN character to there approch of sales so keep the radar up with that... Hint hint... Forgettaboutiiiit
