Deliver pencils instead of shoes, then will not refund or communicate

This company offers shoes for sale. Upon purchasing the shoe, they will not respond to emails or any attempts to contact them.

Luckily purchase was made via paypal and not a credit card, a dispute was filed. The seller uploaded a tracking number, hoping that the dispute will be withdrawn and they will then walk away with the money. I decided to wait and see what was posted before removing the dispute, when collecting the parcel was discovered that all that was delivered was a pencil.

At this point was advised to post the pencil back with a tracking number so that a refund could be given. At this point had to pay for postage, and did not have my money. Paypal decided to cancel my dispute and not refund me, but after calling and sending them proof of deliery they did refund me. But I would much rather not have anyone go through this.
