Moving ripoff

I send home stuff from brooklyn, NY to richardson, TX on June 13th. I made my reservation by Mr. Torrance. He give me estimate which was way over from the expected weight just for thesave side. I send the deposite of $560.78 on the pick up day no body showed up. Whole day I keep calling as soon they saw my phone # they disconected. Only first time they answered.BY 4:30pm some mover called me that we have pick from and we don't know where you live if you want our truck is parked on so & so street you can come we will follow you. Which is about 20-25 miles from my home and I have to pay $7.00 tool I told him come in this direction and I am coming in this direction to pick you up.

I was very surprised when I saw the truck is already full. I asked the guy what is going on he said we have another delivery to Georgia state. I asked him but my stuff is going to Texas and if you load my stuff after that how you gonna unload this other delivery before my unload. He said don't worry in Gorgia we will unload you stuff to another truck. I said this will cause the
demage to my stuff, he said don't worry I will take care.

When my stuff came to taxes you don't belive in what condition was this. My freezer was completly rubbed with truck's metal my dinnig chairs were completly scratched. My dresser was damaged & I can not give to the detail about my stuff damaged. Then finally I realized that my some stuff is missing then I asked the driver he said oh yes when we transfering your stuff it left over there
then he called his boss and got arguing with him. He told me he will give me in written as soon he will go back to base he will send me by fedex. Then he give me bill which was $ 600.00 more then the estimation.

I told him how can be this much because you already give me over estimation just to be safe side and you don't have empty truck wieght eventhough if you have empty truck weigh this is not that truck which was loaded in new york. He said I don't know what you talking about. We did not speak with you. We are third party we got order from TEAM USA. They got there commision which you pay as advance this is our money you have to pay it. I paid that whole amount.

Then I called TEAM USA. Since then till today (08/17/04) few minutes ago I made thousand call but I still did not get my loss Stuff which driver knows he told me today 100% he will mail my stuff. I called TEAM UAS (speak with sean) so many time about my demage and loss of stuff to compensate some thing. Still no solution. This is my life's bigest mistake to deal with TEAM USA.

I urge people please never give bissiness to these kind of people who don't care about you after they get their commision.
