Extremely poor service & no refund

I purchased a coupon for 3-4 hours of house cleaning from the Living Social website for WeTidyupUSA's services for $52. A representative showed up, on the day of the appointment, but 30 minutes early interrupting my lunch schedule. I took my 3 dogs out to the lanai so she wouldn't be interrupted and stayed there while she worked. 2 hours and 20 minutes later, she informed me that she had to leave for another appointment, but she would come back to finish.

She never did. When I looked to see what she had accomplished, I was taken back. The living room floor had been mopped, but was covered with dirt streaks. The half bath mirror was wiped, but smeared. The glass top stove was still covered with black crust. I had placed a razor blade cleaner in the middle of the stove for her to use, but she just set it aside. She did not complete any additional tasks.
