Non Stop Connections
OOH-WEE Magazine Bait and Switch

I work for a non profit (Dollar for God) and what we do is assist inmates on services that they would like while in prison. "Non Stop Connections" was a request from two inmates that wanted to be put on their site for pen pals. We sent the $30.00 for the two to be listed in December 01. The inmates were never posted to the site and I began contacting them asking for a refund.

After numerous calls going unanswered I contacted the better business agency and found they have 400 complaints on bait and switch. It appears this company takes the money sent in from the inmates to promote a magazine called "OOH-WEE", nothing about a pen pal site, even though they have one on the internet that has had no activity since December.

The Better Business Agency advised I go through the Attorney General's Office, which I have done. Now that I am at a point where the company is going to refund the $30.00, it is taking over 3 weeks, and still nothing has produced. The individual who I have been corresponding with D. Vance. And he just keeps promising the moon, oh its been sent, they should have it. And the Attorney General's office has nothing. Nothing but a cat and mouse game.
