Our mom & I really are a faithful client of JCPenny, we’ve never experienced the requirement to criticism about any shop but this time around it had been solution of palm! Our mom & I went shopping at JCPenny lakeforest in the boot division, my mom desired these stunning dark woman shoes and it is her very first time seeking one. I had been really enthusiastic on her and desired her to obtain it However It wasn’t her size-so I request the woman who operates there to assist us out. I informed her ” have you got every other dimension for this boot & She stated she may have a 5″ and so I informed her to obtain it for all of US. She said yes but 1. She didn’t consider the boot together with her to obtain a different one like this 2.

She visit & assist another ladies in the place of us who arrived first! Is it since we're Japan & another ladies is bright? We also provide the cash to pay for & isn't like we’re setting it up at no cost! We waited on her for 40min! We continued requesting her-but she continued stating certain but never have it for all of US & simply continue assisting other girls! Our mom who stated is ok let’s have it another period. Mom who had been enthusiastic to obtain her first woman boot, the woman shoe that she enjoys & enjoy so much was never providing to her due to the ladies who appears down on Oriental! I don’t intend on actually returning to that particular shop until they've a much better customer support! I’ll be telling all my other buddies aswell
