Used merchant services for years, made money and have never been paid

I've registered with Zong "a paypal service" btw a few years ago. I wanted to use their service so I can accept mobile payments on one of my online games. It has been a year since I closed down my online game, and stopped using ZONG.

Over a month ago, I had contacted ZONG and requested that they close my account & pay me whatever I had made. They told me the amount I made, and said they would send me a payment asap.

Over a month later, today... Still nothing. I've emailed them a million times, it all gets redirected to the same "Kamara, Angelique" and she/he does not help at all. She just says clients get paid once a month, and that it's harder to pay me because they have to add up everything I made like 2 years ago.

Isn't this suppose to be a PayPal service? Why is it so hard to send me $100 dollars and close my account, it's been over a month. I am broke, I could really use this $100 dollars.
