Mr. Stacy Perkins of SBM Home Maintenance,: Over charged labor fees of $1610.00. Materials fees were only $460.00

Stacy Perkins of SBM Home Maintenance, Ripped me off I'm a senior citizen. This man took advantage of me.

Stacy Perkins, charged for labor performed in my house. (4 Hours of labor)... He charged $1610.00 for labor. Material was $460.00. His labor for trim oak 3/4 round trim $800.00 Which did not match other trim. Very small area.

He hung (1) piece of siding outside $130.00

Plywood Soft was to be painted & caulked. $140.00 Mr. Perking used (SPRAY PAINT) not regular paint.

Pluming repair in basement of a drain patch a leak $800.00.

This man knocked holes in my walls, I have a two foot pile of wood trim with nails still intact that he just threw in my garage. I contacted Angies List, provided them with pictures etc. Of this shotty job, they did contact SBM & Stacy Perking, Stacy Perking did reply to Angies List, SBM did not agree to resolve the issue. I'm planning to explore other avenues to pursue this complaint.
