Any company can use Paypal Paypal does not stand behind them

I sent money to an overseas travel company through Paypal, because of the security, even though it cost 5% more. Surprise!!! Paypal only collects the 5% and runs. They do not stand behind their vendors UNLESS it if for a mailed tangible object. Travel tickets are not tangible, I guess. The claim was denied and we are out the ticket cost plus 5% for Paypal fees. Wish I could have a business where I could collect 5% off every fraudulent transaction and run. No, maybe not. I would have trouble sleeping at night. Happy dreams Paypal.
