Never recieved order and was charged - baby clothing

I ordered 3 dresses for my grandaughter, says it would be shipped in a month which i feel they should have let you know that before placing your order! Its been well over a month and one of the dreeses a zebra print i ordered for my grandaughter to wear on her first birthday! By the other reviews i can see I will probably not receive it on time! They put my money on hold then was over a month so the bank said it was taken off now to find out its been taken out again! Very upset will NOT buy from this company again!!
