I ordered flowers online 5/11 for Mother's Day, to be delivered to my mother-in-law in northern VA on 5/12. Unfortunately I don't check my home email often, especially when I'm busy like I have been lately. That same day, 5/11 Teleflora emailed me saying my order could not be delivered because the florists were too busy and my money was refunded. They offered as an "Apology" a 30% coupon not to be used with other offers. I didn't read the email until this morning, Mother's Day. I'm not sure why they even took my order if they already knew they couldn't fill the order? You have to give the area code for the area you're sending to before you order. Also a phone call would have been the right and professional thing to do, (Not that this shim-sham operation seems at all concerned about being professional.) As for that 30% coupon, there is an online coupon code for 30% available to anyone who does an internet search... So this wasn't any big deal or special offer made only to wronged customers. It's just their everyday coupon. I checked an no refund has been made.
