Rude Staff

HI, I went to costcutter (next to King George V station) today and I was on phone while I was picking the things I wanted to purchase. At the end when I reached the payment counter the lady on the counter rudely told me to not to make a call in the shop.in response I politely asked "why I always find rude to me" (as this has happened earlier as well).in response to my request the other staff member took the cart from me and ask me to look for another shop. I was baffled from the response not clear why he said so he came me to go out of the shop (and look for other shop) and took away my cart.

I find it very offensive and not sure whom should I complain. All these can be confirmed by the CCTV camera recording from the shop.
