Inc. Paid for the ad in newspaper using my credit card info

AMROL SOLUTIONS is paying for their expenses with my credit card fraudulently. I noticed a charge on my credit card this morning that I did not authorize. After investigating, I managed to trace it back to Sidney Stewart at Amrol Solutions. Amrol had placed an ad in a newspaper, payed for their ad with my card and told the newspaper that I was their accounting manager and had authorized the payment.
I had never heard of AMROL. I live in Toronto, Canada. How can I be their accounting manager? I have no idea how they got my credit card info. When I called to speak to her directly, I was placed on hold for approximately 2 minutes, then the phone disconnected. I have been trying to reach them ever since. The phone will pick up then hang up, without so much as a word.
Can anyone help? Has anyone else had this problem.
