MCI wireless Over charge & rip off's

I have been having major trouble with my MCI Wireless account to were I am being over charge. I have called there 1-800 number and being told that they are over called, to call back later, On being held on the phone over a hour or more. After telling the person what is going on they blame the person before them, Or I am told to speak with a superviosr, than place on hold again, over another hour, where no one comes on the phone. MCI is a major rip off, and I really don't understand why & how they are aloud to get over on heard working people, some of what don't understand and are forced to pay, these bill. Please someone help.
