Sent me "This is Not a Bill" and asked for corrections for my "FREE" listing. Then sent me a bill for $327!

As I said, this company sent me a form for corrections to my free listing. It said "This is Not a Bill" all over it. Then sent me a bill with a photocopy of my signature on the back for $300. What I signed was the changes I made to my free listing. It even says under every change I made " (FREE)" I ignored it. Now they want $327.80 for "late fees". I see I'm not the first and only victim.
