Won't pay money they owe

I am at my wit's end with these people. I'll keep the story short.

They came out when we bought a house, did an inspection and mild treatment. Cost was fair, $350. When it turned out that we needed to go under the house for foundation work, we saw signs of the termites Apple said weren't there. So we called another exterminator and needed to pay someone else to treat the subterranean termites.

Apple refused to deal with us directly, or our agent, so we took it to the Better Business Bureau. Apple dealt with the better business bureau and acknowledged that a refund was fair, and told the BBB they would refund $300 of our payment. They posted this on the BBB site and we have their acknowledgement that they intended to pay us $300 as a
refund.

Since then they will not deal with us. I have called. The BBB told me to track my calls, and I'm now up to 67 calls over three weeks. The phone people tell me to email, the emailers responded once and not again, the "responsible people" are never there, never answer or return messages. I've wasted ten hours on this, at least. The people that work there should be ashamed of themselves.

If I could rate this zero stars, that would be too high of a rating.
