For my sister's birthday, I decided to have a caricature done for her. I wanted her face in the middle, and logos of her four favorite things, Starbucks, Glee, Wicked (Broadway show), and a triathlon logo. I spent hours figuring all this out, in addition to researching which photo and images I wanted to be in the drawing. I communicated back and forth with the company, we reiterated where all four logos would be, and they began working on it.

They sent me an email and told me to please look at the portrait to see if I liked the direction they were going. I didn't really like the face, but I am not the best judge of that. Besides, I saw that the four logos were there, but that they were just copied and pasted, and not yet drawn, so I said to myself, "Oh ok, they aren't done yet. They just want me to know they are working on it." I stupidly hit the "OK" button.
