This is supposed to be a VOIP provider & they may try to be one but theyve provided 100% useless service that cost my company a lot of time & money, committed fraud & refused to this moment to repair or actually listen to this business client.

This is a complaint about GetUnivoice now doing business as GetCelerity and specifically about Fernando Cabrera the owner. Many complaints were not resolved by Fernando Cabrera or any of his employees in a timely manner, they blamed us constantly & services never could function Because I am already in contact with several unsatisfied GetUnivoice or Get Celerity X-customers, this is the first of dozens of complaints aimed at Fernando Cabrera and GetUnivoice and GetCelerity or any other company name that Fernando Cabrera wants to hide under.

My complaint is as follows:
1. We have over 30 VOIP phone lines and phone numbers with another fairly large VOIP company (which I will not name here since they do a good job), but I explained to Fernando that a smaller company may serve us better. Fernando agreed so I choose GetUnivoice, now called GetCelerity run by Fernando Cabrera since they had minimal complaints at the time.

2. I ported 4 of my phone numbers over to GetUnivoice to run a reliability test. They were and are 100% unreliable. The phones didnt work properly, the Virtual Assistant and voicemail functions didnt work at all, and their customer portal online was a total sham, with no way for me to
fix problems manually online.

3. They billed my Credit Card for a set-up fee which I never agreed to nor did I authorize which is fraud, and at this point they owe my company $375.84 for the set-up fee and monthly billing for the 4 phone lines that havent worked properly since switching to GetUnivoice (GetCelerity). They continue to send us daily invoices for service we are unable to use.

4. It has been over 4 months since porting these numbers to GetUnivoice (GetCelerity) and they still cant get their act together to make the phones operate correctly. One of these is my home # which hurt communication of my family

5. At this point, I am aware of a number of defrauded clients and x-clients of this same man under this company name and other company names, however the intention with this 1st complaint about Fernando Cabrera is to get what I requested (which he never returns my emails or phone calls).
A. Refund my $375.84 which was fraudulently billed to my credit card.
B. The ability to port my 4 phone numbers from the failed test to a different VOIP carrier.

This is Fernando Cabreras last notice documented here to let you know if you dont give back the money and phone numbers, I guarantee you will have many dozens of complaints aimed at GetUnivoice (GetCelerity), which will cost you more than this and I will find your company name and open a legal case and add costs of my companys labor which is much more than the $375.84.
