Won a few auctions, paid for them and took several months to receive some winnings, but still have not receive other paid winnings. Going on 7 months now

Won a few auctions and quick;y paid for them and never received the products. Emailed customer support numerous times, with never receiving a response. About four months later received some products, but not everything. Never received the rest of my winnings. What a shady company. No contact info. Don't knoe if email address go to anywhere. Would like to to get a hold of them to give them a piece of my mind. Just want my money back. This all falls in the lines of theft. Doesn't it?
