Electrical company

I agree, This company has no regards or empathy for anyone. Because they are the only electric company in town they could care less about your situation. Their customer service is terrible. They are rude and they y are just careless. Not just in Waterloo. The entire company is awful to deal with. Cant wait until we get more electrical options. They can get away with this now. But in the future I am sure if we get something else people will be running to get away from this company. Hope they remember the way they treated folks when they were the only company around. Without us The Customer they would be nothing.
