I want to forewarn any potential or current customers of Nationwide Relocation and their so called sister companies all under the same roof colonial van lines, Patriot Van Lines, American Van lines and Moving Squad. These companies and their sales staff are all located in the same building owned by one person Aldo DiSorbo. They are all provided with the same customer name in hopes that if one of them does not earn your business, the other one will.

What they are currently doing is shipping your household goods via train. You are picked up by a truck then taken to a warehouse. You are then off loaded, put into a warehouse until they have a full truck load headed in your direction. You are then loaded back onto a truck, taken to the train, off loaded onto the train and head to the closest warehouse to your destination. Then you are off loaded from the train to another truck which either goes to another warehouse off loaded again and eventually makes it to your destination.

If you do the math your goods are loaded and off loaded a minimum of 5 to 6 times. Each time a different crew is handling your precious cargo.in some cases it can take 30 days to receive your furniture. My main concern when I was informed of this was why was I not informed of this at the time of my quote so that I could make the decision if that is how I want to have my things moved. Secondly if your moving my things via train and loading some many times, common sense is there is more likelihood of damage.

I feel it is only right that customers be told of how there things are being shipped. It seems to me that if you are calling a mover the fair assumption would be you are being moved in a truck not a train! The moving industry already has a bad reputation for having rouge movers. These aforementioned companies are already under Senate investigation (www.reloroundtable.com). Please be careful and ask how your things are being shipped and get it in writing.

My friend who used this company to move from Texas to Nevada waited over 30 days to be delivered and nothing was in one piece.
