Dishonest group - they will take advantage you - they did to us! Order service from them and they charged us a FORTUNE for the amount of work done. Then did not have all the parts and said they would call us when they came in and complete the service at our dock for free and NEVER DID - I called them and emailed them and they never responded. Then they said they would credit me for the services they did not complete and send a check and then did not.

Later he said he would give me a credit at the store! Really! For work I had to have done by a professional group. All I asked for was what the professional group charged me to complete the work they did not do and he said no! I had the other group look at his invoice with the charges blocked out and tell me what they would have charged me and on his $750 bill they quoted me $400!!

He says I was supposed to call him, but that is impossible; how would I know that he got the parts in. He would have to call me to let me know they were in and never did. He owes me $142.85 - its not the amount at this point, it is the person and his responsibility to the customer. Nenver use this group for any work!!!
