Photopoint ripped me off not once but twice!

I had photpoint for FREE... Then they started charging. When they first sent out the annoucnements that we had to pay i wasnt to happy but i signed up for their "special" for ppl who signed up before a certain date. That special was for $9.95.. Well. When my credit card charges came in i was charged $19.95.. And when i contacted them i was told that they didnt process my account in time for the $9.95 special and i was being charged $19.95 for an anual fee. I was pissed but what was i going to do?

Now... Photopoint is gone. Is this legal? It hasnt been one year? What can we do?

Tell me where to sign to get my money back and to help others and ill do it. Plez!
