Rob halliburton suspended corporation not in good standing

So lets get straight to the point. I responded to his ad on craigslist and he called me and wanted to meet one on one prior to his " interview session" with other potential employees.

This is the AD:

A great intro into law enforcement.., we are looking for all types of people because we peruse all types of people... Please no rambos... Only serious need apply... Forward resume... We are a nation wide company... Coporate office located in beverly hills... Been in business since 1996... Work under cover in a billion dollar industry.

It leads the reader to believe that they are HIRING EMPLOYEES not SELLING courses for $595 Now when I met Mr. Halliburton, he was aware of my background and experience, So I am using my experience now to expose his fraud. Hunter's International is a suspended California Corporation and as such not authorized to conduct business in California.

(Good news if you entered into financial contracts while they are either suspended on not regiatered in California your contract may be voidable under California Business & Professions Code and California Taxation Code but you will need to consult an Attorney) But regardless they have to be registered with the California Secretary of State to conduct business as a corporation in this state. Now I can't give an opinion on what I can't find, but with the previous issues in Indiana and his Corporatiopn status in California and his record with the Superior Court you will have to make up your own decision.

I do not like the fact that I was looking for work and took my time to go for his sales pitch when he could have been forth comming in his ad, that it was a solicitation and not a job opportunity.
