Process Server Service of Los Angeles County Total Scam

Worst customer service I have EVER encountered. Unfortunately, I too did not read the previous reviews before hiring this guy. I guess he's now posing as someone by the name of "Richard". I called to inquire of the date the documents were served (9 days later & after paying $69.98), and this guy stated they had already made an attempt to serve, in which I doubt very seriously. When I asked what date he attempted to serve, he could not tell me and began to get agitated that I was even asking. He went on to tell me if I reversed the charges how he would take me to court.

Well Richard, I have news for you, if you do not provide proof that those papers has been served in a timely manner, I will be taking you to small claims court. The funny part is, I never stated anything about reversing the charges. This guy is a ripoff! To top it off, he just simply hangs up the phone and refuses to discuss business. How hard is it to pickup a package deliver the items and provide confirmation. I very disgusted that people can do business this way. My belief is that he is able to continue doing business this way because no one takes the time to report him or hold him accountable in anyway. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau, I have learned my lesson!!!
