Norvergence-Wells Fargo
Ripoff, telecom and leasing scam

Shops, Products, Services

Well, we are one of the unlucky bunch who was bitten by the Norvergence scam. We signed our agreement and the only thing that ever happened was the useless "Matrix" equipment being dropped off. Our service was never turned on, or equipment installed. The phone system is still sitting in their new boxes.

The most troubling aspect is that Wells Fargo who is handling the leasing on the equipment, is demanding payment for this useless equipment. They fully are aware this equipment is useless. They are fully aware that their business partner Norvergence was operating a scam.

We are actively finding a group or organization in California who may be taking a class action against Wells Fargo for their unethical behavior. Anyone out there whomight give us some leads would be appreciated!

Please respond through the rebuttal key.
