Inc. (advertised in the National Enquirer) rip-off!

I ordered two pair of ladies suede moccasins from an ad which they had published in the national enquirer. A check for $16.95 was sent on 6/9/04 check cleared on 6/21/04. So far i have not received anything and they cannot be reached by phone. I also tried to reach them using their web site mail so far no response. Hope you can help this is not a lot of money but i'm sick of being ripped off.in the mean time if i should hear something from them i'll let you know. Thank you
