Sprint has the most unfair and deceptive trade practices of any business I have ever delt with.

Months ago my wife and I open a cell phone account with sprint. Our first bill was over $1000.00. I called and attemped to upgrade to a bigger plan. They would not let us do that until we paid our bill. Ironically their new television ad campaing bosts of a flexible upgrade plan. We had to pay the full bill and then upgrade.

I also had a wireless internet card with them. I called and voiced concerns, given my previous experience, but was assured that since I had upgraded the plan I had nothing to worry about. A few weeks ago I got my new $700.00 bill due to the wireless card didn't want me worrying about.

After numerous calls and hours on the phone I finally got a supervisor who basically belittled and berated me. He did how ever tell me he would send me an itemized bill and we could disccuss this further. That did not happen.

Tonight at 10:00 P.M. I recieved a call saying that if I did not make an immediate payment my service would be interupted after the call. This time the customer service representative was fairly understanding and seemed to understand my frustration on a personal level and even commented that I had paid my bills on time unlike most of the people she dealt with. When I explained the situation she seemed truly sympathetic. Of course, when the supervisor came on the line she attempted to fast talk and double talk me into the corner of well sir you're obviously upset and we have nothing to talk about. My phone is probably cut off by now, but I wouldn't know as it is in pieces on the floor below the wall where I appropriately threw it.

I'm 43 years old. I have managed law offices most of my life. I have dealt with many types of business but never have I ever felt more hopeless than in my dealings with SPRINT.

Don't go there.

Hollar out your message to the neighbors, but please for your own sanity steer clear of Sprint.
