Won't issue credit

Bought product on Dec 8 and billed to my Discover card. Delivered product within thirty days since product included no container, no directions and appeared utilized. Named them on 4-2 plus they guaranteed a reimbursement within 72 hours and below we're on 4-16 with no indication of the credit. Is not this some type of scam? I've the full time and power to-go following this organization and that I can. It isn't a risk but a so they cannot do that to another person.
