Frank Avallone Criminal mischief

Avallone Lawn Care and specifically Frank Avallone, after his employees were servicing our lawn compelled himself to enter our property without permission and then remove our private property for his personal use when we were not home without permission.

We were stunned to have a family member see Frank Avallone himself, removing our property all after his employees had been servicing our account without issue.

This was all rather Bizarre and we have now decided to take actions only after Frank Avallone denying his actions and threatening our family members, evidenced by many inclusive of former police officials.

Mr. Avallone proffered a bill for services only after destroying our personal property, trying to offset his personal actions in destroying our private property and rendering damages which have been verified by third parties inclusive of Police Departments and neighbors.

This is to be a warning to potential clients that he was a very nice young man, his employees were great and then Frank exploded upon confrontation for removing our private property..
