It brings me a great sadness that I have to write this report because this is a guy and a company that I have worked with for several years. Up until now he has been pretty straight up with me. I'm not sure what happened to him or why he has decided that he no longer needs to uphold his obligations but that is exactly what has happened.

Leo Johnson agreed in contract that he signed to give sell us 20 installs for $2000.By installs I mean that he would provide us the leads and we would pay him $100 per closed sale for home security system installs.
We signed his agreement and prepaid him the $2000 for the installs.

Leo worked well with us for the first 2 days and then the drama began. He's spent the last 5 weeks making excuses and false promises. I spoke with Leo about a week and a half ago and he agreed that he would deliver leads on a set schedule and that there wouldn't be any more excuses. I told him that we would give him one more chance but if he didn't do exactly what he promised then we expected a refund of our balance due which is $1900. Leo agreed that he would give us a refund right away if he didn't live up to his agreement.

Not only did he not live up to his agreement but then he decided to disappear for another week with more excuses of why he wouldn't communicate with me. We tried to work with Leo and give him every opportunity to refund our money but he is still refusing and making up excuses.

At this point I would strongly suggest that you save your money and stay away from this company at all costs!
