Direct Marketing Someone used my debit card to make a transaction at this website. I did not authorize this transaction

This site required cash out-of my bill using my bank card. It was not approved. I don't understand what the organization is, however it claims it's advertising. It was a fraud and also the second-time that I've been cheated with a marketing organization. They consider your cash and also you dont actually understand what it's for and just how they got your info. That is rude and incorrect. I simply need my money-back from their store, however, you cannot talk to anyone who speaks English.
