I ordered the wrong size of their Sonia Gray, it was my bad since I didn't read their note about their shoe sizing. I emailed their customer service with zero hope of consideration since it was my fault for not reading the description. To my surprise, I receive and email after a few hours with return label, shipping instructions and a message saying that the replacment shoes will ship in 1-2 business days. How awesome is that?!

I received my replacement boots after on aFriday and wore it to my girls night out. My friends love the shoes. I referred them to christina-lk.com.
