False advertising, worse hosting company, not professional

Customer service is very poor. They have left me several times, they have given poor reasons why something is not working (I'm an IT guys as well and understand what the problems are) and they are very, very, disrespectful and rude. I also have my sites go down all the time due to their issues. The latest one was when they did a massive update, and destroyed my whole database structuring. I bought the reseller hosting and my clients where effected by this. When trying to get answers, I have to play their game and nothing get's fixed till about a month later, when they have the "time" to do it.
