Order Link Exchange Special and and nothing has been done. They are scammers!

I ordered the 2000 Link Exchange Service for $99 2/13. I got one email stating we have upgraded your plan to one way link service worth US 265 absolutely free. Since then I have not heard anything more even though I have written to them several time. I tried to call their phone number and no answer. I emailed the processing company they used and they gave me the same phone number and said they would check it out what I told them as they did not want to process credit cards with a scammer. I do believe that WebSquash.com will never do anything. I will try to go to my charge card and try to do a chargeback.
