For the past few months a charge has appeared on my Verizon bill for a company called ILD Teleservices. It says it is for Toll Free Voice Messaging and I am being charged 14.12 a month. The 1-800 number provided does not result in anything because no matter what time of day I call the line is always busy. Verizon says they cannot help that I need to get a hold of ILD. For three months this has been on my bill and I cannot get it taken care of. Please HELP. The ILD number is 1-800-433-4518
