10% order cancellation fee. 15% restocking fee Internet

I ordered 4 pairs of glasses and thought I would pick 2 and return all 4, and get them to makes lenses for the 2 I selected. I happened to call with a question and found out that there is a 15% restocking fee for my return—regardless of the condition. So I decided to cancel my order. That's when I found out there is a 10% cancellation fee. I'm screwed out of $40 and got absolutely nothing.
