Jenn the hair styles and the owners Torch my wifes hair and would not fix it

The owner and her sister took advantage of my family and torched my wife's hair... She paid 160 dollars to get her hair colored and they missed it up. The owner and the hair salon girl both said that it turns out like that sometimes and that we will hope for better luck next time.

Please do not take your family to these fly by night people... They took our $160 and then we had to pay an extra $100 with a different company to get it fixed. We are super sad and hope they never do this to anyone else.
