My son and I retained an attorney in La Jolla, Roy Newman esq., with a $3,000 retainer. He never filed anything over a year and a half time span, did not research the matter, and now has an inoperative phone. Can't find him. Can't reach him via his email. Do NOT consider using this attorney under any circumstances.
