Online Ordering Special Code Ripoff Columbus, OH I entered the special savings code for this summer, they did not honor it

I recieved two special savings codes for discounts this summer. They didn't honor them which was the reason I placed the orders.

I've been a JCPenney customer for 20 years now and this year is the first year that I have had problems. Earlier this year I returned a cuckcoo clock because it was cheaply made and the cuckcoo mechanizium didn't work... They did credit my card for it and for shipping costs, so that was good
