Columbia House Dvd Club
Promised giftcard if joining but never sent even though all requirements were met. Rip-off!

Was approched via e-mail to join club and told that I would recieve a $50.00 gift card. I joined, made required purchases, mailed reciepts to mygiftcards.com as required and recieved nothing. Called mygiftcard.com and was told that columbia house had stopped shipment of my card. Columbia house refused to speak with me on the subject saying they were aware of no arrangement with giftcards.com but that I am still liable to fulfill my contract with them.
