Joe Harper Unprofessional, Rude, Took money they should not

The staff at Animal Clinic of Dunlawton is very Rude.

1st - they gave me one price and changed it on me. When I asked about it, the lady just swiped my card anyway. I said shouldnt you at least ask the person who quoted me first. The Dr.'s wife called me a few hours later, I was over it and looking at a house. She called me saying "whats the problem... I never would have quoted you that." very rudely. I was shocked and told her I was in the middle of something.

2nd - I was there for my dogs ear infection. The Dr. Never even looked inside his ear to prescribe anything, if he had looked in his ear he would have noticed a red bump inside. On the re-check he never even kneeled close and told me that He had to remove it. I kept trying to ask questions about the infection and next steps but he was just standing by the door and said it had to come out.

A few weeks later (after saving almost $400 more dollars to do this), I took my dog for the surgery, They called me while he was under anesthesia to tell me that his ears were too infected to work on...!!!

They knew it was infected! All they had to do was look in his ear to see that - But, instead they threw him on the table and started a life threatening procedure only to find out that it was still infected! Then asked me to pay $130 and bring him back at a later time! There is no way I will ever go back to this vet.

They spoke very rudely to us on the first visit also in front of other customers and other customers looked shocked at how these people were acting. For the record... The Dr. Did not cure my dog's infections... NEVER LOOKED inside his ears up close... Were very rude... And Charged me for it.
