This company is so difficult to work with they have no Americans answering the phone there are in India and these people are asking for social security # and all information before they talk to you. You can't understand them and they can't explain what your concerns are. They just keep raising the amount of your loan and by time you pay to keep it out of forclosure they uped it 1400.00 the same day and said to pay total of $9461.31 in the morning it was $8086.31 cents they said it was for misc. Expences. No one will get an american even if you have talked with one in the past they will never transfer to the Ext. They said no one can help, Just them. The Attorney General needs to get involved there are alot of complaints and law suites on them. BeWare they want your house and they will raise the price to make you loose it.
