Ripped off after move out

I had been remaining in a flat named " the town" in irvine CA so when i shifted out I had been passed a statement of nearly thousand bucks since theey stated that the rug must be changed. The rug was in an exceedingly good shape after I had transferred out as well as in no situation made it happen have to be changed. After I questioned them to exhibit me images which confirmed the requirement to substitute the whole rug these were super obscure about this and were unble to create any and endangered to ruin my credit easily didn't spend.
