Bonanza.com, Bonanzle.com sellers beware, shut you down, no trial, nazi market place Internet

Shops, Products, Services

I was a seller on Bonanza, formerly Bonanzle for app. 2 years. I had a 100% positive rating. The very first time I had a problem with a customer, which was essentially a "Buyer's Remorse" issue, which Bonanza claims they will not intervene on, they took the customer's account of the story, and without even contacting me to see what the outlying issues were, they pulled the plug on my shop. I tried very diplomatically to convince them that I was willing and able to work this out with my customer, and that shutting down my shop helped nobody. They did not waiver. I feel that Bonanza.com is not in any way a seller's advocate marketplace, and just thank God that I only had 21 items in my shop and did not depend upon them for my entire livelihood.

I WOULD WARN ANYONE WANTING TO POST ITEMS FOR SALE ON BONANZA TO NOT PUT A LOT OF WORK INTO IT, BECAUSE THE FIRST TIME YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER DISPUTE, THEY WILL JUST SHUT YOU DOWN AND HANG YOU OUT TO DRY. It is much better to just launch your own website where nobody can do that to you and if you contact me @ @yahoo.com, i will be more than happy to tell you how really easy it is. Sometimes the customer is not always right and if we cannot rely on our marketplace support teams to be bipartisan about it, then there is no point in giving them our business. You can do it on your own.
